No Legal Guarantee & Non-Solicitation
NyaySevaa operates as an independent service facilitator for document procurement. We are not a law firm, and the services provided do not constitute legal advice. We make no guarantee regarding the outcome of any case. Furthermore, our platform strictly complies with the Bar Council of India (BCI) rules regarding non-solicitation and advertisement.

Professional Conduct & Timelines

Refund Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
When you place a request with NyaySevaa, the fees collected are immediately utilized to initiate manual administrative processes. The amount paid is strictly utilized to cover the upfront costs necessary to process your request. This includes:
- Travel expenses and logistics to the respective courts.
- Official court fees, stamp duties, and application charges.
- Administrative overheads and clerk facilitation charges required to trace and secure the documents.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Because the operational costs are incurred immediately upon the commencement of work, no refunds or cancellations are possible under any circumstances once an order is placed and processing has begun.
Furthermore, if a document cannot be procured due to the court rejecting the application, non-availability of records in the court archive, or incorrect details provided by you, the administrative fees and effort expended remain non-refundable.
Frequently Asked Questions
